It’s inevitable, every time we get out of a comfy seat, our puggles find a way to steal our spot. When will they ever learn?
I just had to share our last trip to Lake Michigan back in August… Now that it’s snowing, I don’t think we’ll have any more swimming trips. They’re getting really good at swimming, though I don’t necessary think they LIKE it… The puggles would rather just hop rocks.

Cormac loves going for car rides. He’ll roll the window down by himself if we don’t do it for him. The problem is, once we get past 25-30 miles/hour, he can’t stand the wind! I took a video to show what he does. His little puggle snout can’t take it!
Only a few times a year our puggles get to travel to Northern Michigan (Leelanau County) to visit our hometown. They LOVE it! These two city dogs turn into all out country dogs. Here are a few pictures from their hike at the Houdek Dunes Natural Area and Peterson Park.

If the puggles had their way, every morning we’d all just laze away the day. I’ve read that with dogs, their “home base” is where ever you are. If we sleep, they sleep. If we’re on the go, so are they! It’s amazing how adaptable they are, isn’t it?
